New front page and sections

Celebs Central have been lacking some updates lately, or perhaps I should say the last couple of weeks. But there's a good reason for this, well, more than one reason actually. So before I get in to the new stuff we've added to the site... Thanks to all the users who daily posted new pictures on our forum!
First of all we have redesigned our front page so all the new sections have it's own spot here. Also we added a box with the latest news because we're going to start writing daily news for the site, so you can keep up with the latest on the stars. But besides that we have also added the daily archives and three daily pictures. The daily archives will contain a thumbnail index of all the user uploaded pictures.
The last section we added is posters, where you can find probably whatever you need to put up on your walls - there's more than 200,000 posters in the section, so whatever you're looking for I'm sure it's there.
Also, please notice that we're interested in hosting fansites or other entertainment related websites if any of you have one or are thinking of starting one. If your interested in getting hosted by us you can read more under fansite hosting!
Besides the new sections there have also been made some changes to our update system, so we're able to add more than one update daily. This is actually why we haven't updated the site since 8. August. But now updates should return daily like before, and soon we'll start throwing up more updates daily. Also I should mention that we'll start adding male celebrities to the site soon, and I know some of you don't like this idea and others do. So if you only want to see the updates of female celebrities go to the settings page of your user account and select "Only show females" in the site settings. If you don't have a user account, you can register here.
Also, the bug with JPEG pictures in the user uploads have been fixed. The software creating the thumbnails could only read JPG pictures, so we added a little script that renames all JPEG files to JPG. So if you're uploading two files that is named 1.jpg and 1.jpeg, 1.jpg will be deleted in favor of 1.jpeg.
The new sites
I wrote a little about the other sites (Motor Central and Movies Central) we're working on in one of my latest news. We're still working on them, and they will be online as soon as we got them finished. If you want to read more about these new sites check out this news.
More features in the future
We have a long list of features we want to add to Celebs Central, but before we do this we want to get the two new sites up and running. But when they are done, we're going to create some kind of relation between forum threads and celebrities, so the latest forum threads about a celebrity can always be found under his or her profile.
Besides that whenever a celebrity name appears in the forum that isn't already on the site we'll add a profile for them and get all user uploads added to the profile. Also, we will start adding filmographies, discographies and biographies to the celebrity profiles we got on the site, and some brief information like birth date/name/place, height and what else we can find. Most of these informations are basicly already collected, but as I said before we want the two others sites up and running first.
Well, we got a lot of ideas for stuff we can add to the site, but I can't go on forever, and you've probably stopped reading by now, so I guess I could write whatever I want... blah blah Angelina Jolie blah blah Lindsay Lohan blah blah Yum yum!
