Thanks to one of users (mnsportsmanjr) we found out the the celebrity picture subscriptions wasn't working as we intended. For some obscure reason no mails were ever sent out to those who had subscribed to a celebrity. This error has now been corrected and you will get a notification mail whenever a celebrity is updated, regardless if it is pictures uploaded by the Celebs Central Team or User uploaded pictures.
